Great Tip Using Google Docs “Preferences”

Speed up your grading and review of student papers using “shorthand”!

Go to “Tools,” then “Preferences”

Add “sp*” in first column, the “spelling error, please correct” in second column. “awk” can be “awkward phrasing,” etc.

You could also type “dcs” as shorthand for “Dansville Central Schools”
